Questions
hello@aspenworkflowcompany.com
01
We may collect information you choose to provide when you submit the website inquiry form, schedule a call, or communicate with us by email, phone, video meeting, or another agreed method. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number and website, business or organization name, scheduling preferences, meeting details, and anything included in your message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the public form or scheduling page.
02
When you visit the website, our hosting and service providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring page, approximate region, timestamps, and security or anti-abuse signals. We may use privacy-conscious, aggregate website analytics to understand site performance and usage. The website does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising, and Aspen Workflow Company does not sell personal information.
03
We use information to respond to inquiries, determine whether there may be a useful fit, schedule and prepare for calls, communicate about requested or potential services, operate and improve the website and business, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, keep appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client engagement begins only through a separate written agreement.
04
We use service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Current providers include Framer for website hosting and functionality; Dubsado for the inquiry form and customer-relationship management; TidyCal for scheduling; and Google Workspace, Gmail, Calendar, and Meet for communication, scheduling, and video meetings. Other professional, security, or technical providers may be used when reasonably necessary. If you follow a link to a third-party service, that service’s privacy policy governs its independent processing.
05
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business; with professional advisers when reasonably necessary; when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Aspen Workflow Company or others; or in connection with a business reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
06
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and whether an inquiry becomes a client engagement. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.
07
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we control. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply. Send privacy requests to hello@aspenworkflowcompany.com with the subject line ‘Privacy Request.’ You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies or third-party content may affect embedded forms or scheduling features.
08
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
09
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new ‘Last updated’ date.
