What You Receive
One Focused Workflow
01 · Current-state workflow map
The steps, systems, handoffs, trusted sources, exceptions, and responsible people involved in one recurring workflow.
02 · Baseline and opportunity
Evidence of time, delays, missed follow-up, rework, errors, or opportunity cost—without inventing savings that have not been measured.
03 · Risk and human-approval plan
The permissions, privacy boundaries, review points, escalation paths, and testing required before anything becomes operational.
04 · Prioritized roadmap
What should improve first, what should stay manual, what a pilot would include, and whether a larger implementation is justified.
How the assessment works
A focused week of discovery, evidence, and decisions
The assessment covers one recurring workflow. Dale works with the owner or process owner and, when useful, up to two employees who handle the work.
Step 1 — Prepare
You provide access to the people, examples, and non-sensitive source materials needed to understand the current process.
Step 2 — Map and measure
Dale documents the steps, handoffs, trusted sources, exceptions, review points, and available baseline evidence.
Step 3 — Recommend
You receive the workflow map, baseline, safeguards, and prioritized roadmap, typically within seven business days after the required inputs are available.
Implementation is not included in the $2,500 assessment. If a pilot or larger build is justified, it is scoped and priced separately. The assessment stands on its own; its fee is not automatically credited toward later implementation.
